In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on personal property. Sadly, the Transport Minister did not press through e-scooter tests in Sydney in spite of the National Transportation Compensation's (NTC) recommendation in August 2020. So far, there's no news regarding this growth, resulting in NSW dragging various other states.
